Getting the Full Monty in London

The Full Monty means you have everything you need. What are the must haves for a trip to London? There are many things you can do, but a few that you need to do--especially if it's your first visit.

1. Visit The Tower of London--take the audio tour at a minimum. Opt for a tour by one of the beefeaters to take it up a notch.

2. You must have a proper British tea while in London. There are so many options, but I have my favorites. Remember, this is not tea and biscuits. For most people (sans my teenage boys) it's a meal.

3. Harry Potter Tour--if you read the books (like I did), listened to the audiobooks (like my husband), or watched the movies (like two of my three children), you must do this tour. If you are bringing the kids along, this is likely to be a much bigger hit than another museum.

London is a big city, and there is so much to do and see. Great dining, beautiful parks, so much history, the theatre, and it doesn't stop there. One thing you MUST remember is to LOOK RIGHT before crossing the street.
