hello
My name is Sue McLemore
LUXURY AND FAMILY TRAVEL PLANNER
"We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us"
---unknown
I have had a love for travel as long as I can remember. I liked to go to the airport to pick friends up--because for just a second it felt like I was going somewhere fun. I have always enjoyed the planning of the trip--the excitement, figuring out the details, imagining what the experience would be like when the trip actually happened.
In 2018, I decided to take the leap and start planning trips professionally. I am a Travel Advisor committed to luxury level care of my clients, which begins the moment you hire me to plan your trip. At Travel By Sue, we work together to create your perfect trip. I specialize in luxury travel for families, couples, and groups.
A native of Mississippi, I have been living in Franklin, TN since 2008 with my husband, Jay, and our three children Josh, Seth, and Ann Dossett--and our pugs Vera and Niffy.

FUN FACTS
01
I have an unhealthy obsession with Prince. It got worse after his death. My favorite song is Purple Rain.
02
I am an avid dog lover. My coworkers are a black pug named Niffy and a fawn pug named Vera.
03
Next on my bucket list is Vietnam. It has climbed to the top of my list and I can't wait to visit.
04
I love black coffee and dry wine. My favorite place to consume both of these is the balcony of a cruise ship or a cafe in Europe.
05
I went on a blind date and ended up at a murder scene. Turns out my date was a coroner. We never went out again.
